Due to the personalised nature of our garments, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on:
• Made-to-measure dresses
• Made-to-order items
• Custom fabric selections
• Altered garments

Faults & Repairs

If your item arrives with a fault, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images. We will assess the issue and arrange a repair, replacement or refund where appropriate.
